I've met a lot of women in my lifetime, and they always manage to fuss about their hair. If you ask me, I appreciate them just as fine. But I never realized how important it was for them to get their hair naturally silky, shiny and full-looking. Not until I realized I shared the same problem with them, looking at split ends and dry hair. I've actually looked up the Web, as well as asked a few of my friends for the most reliable and trusted hair care products to get my hair looking as good as it did when I was younger. Most of them naturally said that I should get a hot oil treatment for hair. Of course, being the new inductee among the hair conscious, I had to go look it up and decided to give it a shot. There are a lot of hair care products made available for my purchase, but a lot of natural oil care treatments can help your hair looking silky, much to my discovery. Back then, I just settled for any ordinary shampoo and conditioner combination, as well as applying a lot of hair products. But little did I know what an awful effect they'd have. I decided to check out one specific treatment called sesame oil hair treatment.
You have the privilege of making this special hair treatment in your own home. What you need is just two tablespoons of sesame oil, yes the same sesame oil you use on certain dishes you cook. Just put the oil in a bowl, and heat it by way of a microwave. Keep it heating up for a minute before you decide to apply it to your hair. Now, take your heated sesame oil with you to the bathroom. Get some cotton balls while you're at it, to make applying the oil a lot more convenient. Just dip the cotton ball into the oil and gently rub it into your scalp. For better effect, just simply section off your hair, parting it at different spots and continue rubbing the oil onto your scalp. Remember, two tablespoons of sesame oil is already enough to cover your entire head, so don't go for three or more. Besides, you won't have anything left to enhance your home made noodles with.
Now that you're done with rubbing oil on your scalp, use your fingers to gently massage your head. Doing so generates heat which helps the oil seep through the roots of your hair, adding to the fact that the oil is already hot to begin with. Once you're done, cover your entire head with a shower cap so as to keep the heat maintained closely to your scalp. You can do so for thirty minutes, and by then you can was the oil off using a shampoo. You can use this hot oil treatment for hair every weekend, just enough time for you to see quite a difference. Trust me, I saw a lot on mine.
