Each and every year, men seeking the hope of a much better life, free from addiction, turn to Freedom's Door in order to triumph over their drug and alcohol addiction problems.
To be able to successfully move forward their human-centered work, they need you to give generously to Freedoms Door fundraising dinner on Thursday, October 27, 2011 at the Kelowna Gospel Fellowship Church, and additionally they will be having another dinner on Thursday, November 17, 2011 within West Kelowna at Our Lady of Lourdes Elementary School.
The goal for these dinners is to make people conscious of the work being carried out by Freedoms Door and to raise funds for the continuing expansion and improvements to their non-profit organization.
In the spring of 2011, the annual fundraising dinner raised many dollars needed! They would like to thank all their donors for the help at Freedoms Door in its fight to beat drug and alcoholism. The funds raised for programs as well as services that not just improve and help the lives of these people but it has huge rippling effects. Households and communities also are affected by the beneficial outcomes of drug rehabilitation.

Freedoms Door is in Kelowna offering Hope, Healing and Wholeness for Men with Addictions.
Freedoms Door is a non-profit registered society that uses the Twelve Step program and Christian principles to rehabilitate men struggling with alcoholism and drug addiction in the Okanagan Valley and Kelowna, BC region.
The Freedom's Door program gives men the strength and faith they must have to recover from their addictions and enables them to find a sound, fulfilling future as positive, contributing individuals of society. Throughout the program, participants live in one of the 4 safe, clean, motivating homes operated through Freedoms Door.
Their quest is to help addicts find freedom under the Lord to grow in His likeness and image.
Addiction is not a hopeless affliction from which there is absolutely no recovery. Freedoms Door believe that the addict, any addict, can stop using drugs, lose the desire to use, and discover a brand-new way to live.
