When you are assisting your wedding photographer plan for the wedding it is often a great idea to build a list of certain shots you want them to make certain they shoot.

So after you've performed a search for wedding parties at your venue ideally you will find some wedding photographers who also use a blog and they've written about their experience of photographing at that location and they've also posted some of the photographs from the day.
Then you can send your chosen wedding photographer a message that includes links to the images from these blogs that you might want included in your own wedding album.
Yet another excellent strategy is to have a talk with somebody employed at the actual marriage ceremony and reception venues.
It is very probable that there have been weddings put on there previously and either they will have a few copies of photographs taken at previous weddings, or they will be in a position to gives you names of a few professional photographers that have worked there and you could search for their website and check if they uploaded any photographs of this particular wedding to their site.
And of course you could ask the individual at the wedding venue what they'd they would advise as some terrific locations to shoot a few pictures that may not appear obvious at first.
Through going this extra effort and doing a bit of investigation on the ideal places for snapping images, you're not just helping the photographer to do their job more effective, you are also going to ease your mind a little and alleviate at least a portion of the demands that come with capturing beautiful pictures of the big day.
And naturally you will have a gorgeous wedding album as a result.
