I must be honest, when I first did research on the Acai Berry and the dietary supplements derived from it, I was extremely sceptical. Words like "good" and "diet supplements" or "healthy" and "weight-loss" just does not go together in terms of diet supplements and programs. At least, that is what I was thinking. I initially started doing research on Acai Berries when asked to write something about it. Initially my reaction was "yeah, right", and I think there are several individuals who had the exact same reason. But the more information and reviews I found of Acai Berries, the more I started to wonder if this wasn't the breakthrough in diet and natural supplements we've been waiting for. The only way I could find out: an Acai trial.

For those of you who don't know, an Acai Berry is an extremely nutritious fruit found in the Amazon jungle. They've been used for centuries by local tribes for their natural healing capabilities.

So, I went on a thirty day Acai trial and was impressed by the way the health supplements made me feel. I felt very energized, allowing me to work out for longer. In addition, it made me feel cleansed and revitalized and I later discovered that the supplements may also be used as a detox plan. My cravings for food had also disappeared as I felt really full after each meal.

These, provided you can call them negative effects, were all I really experienced through my Acai trial. Based on the facts I found, the Acai berry supplement truly doesn't have known side effects. See, the Acai berry is really a fruit, so, asking about any side affects, will be like asking about the side affects of grapes. The only real possible side affect that could have an effect on certain individuals, is allergies. If you know you are allergic to fruit, it is probably not recommended to take this supplement, as it is indeed a fruit. Nonetheless, since there are so many different kinds of Acai Berry supplements available, it is really important to know which ones you're buying and what their ingredients are. Many people have used Acai Berry supplements and have experienced several side effects. It is because different manufacturers of various Acai berry supplements may add other products like Caffeine. People then generally have a side affect more from the caffeine than the berry itself. The most effective solution to this is to go for an all-natural health supplement. This may ensure that you have no side-effects whatsoever.

However, wondering if the Acai trial benefited me in any way is something completely different. The first and most significant change I experienced when consuming the Acai Berry dietary supplements, is the increase in my energy levels. Additionally, it sped up my metabolic process slightly and made me feel cleansed and detoxed. Above and beyond this, I also learned that it fights conditions like cancer and diabetes and it is also known to reduce high blood and cholesterol levels.

Over-all, I found the Acai Berry nutritious supplements to be more advantageous than anything.
