All these Cuisinart pans are fantastic! We made scrambled eggs the other night, and I actually called my little girl over to watch the little burned parts slide right off the pan! Light - easy to clean - dishwasher safe - CAN'T BEAT THEM!

I actually read the instructions, and discovered that PAM is not recommended, nor is the maximum heat. These adjustments will get some time, but I have got hidden the PAM, and put stickies on my stove to point out everybody.

It's non-stick, hard-anodized, has glass lids, stay-cool handles, oven safe, and dishwasher safe! That's a hard combination to find, specially the dishwasher safe part with the non-stick interior and hard-anodized exterior. This set performs incredibly well on ceramic/glass cook top surface either.

No problems with throwing them in the dishwasher, no complications with the non-stick surface area. And they're lovely to look at and use, too. The only point to notice is that the handles on the cookware do stay cool, but the handles on the lids do not, so you'll need potholders when you lift the lids off.
