You can also put together a quick meal that is very healthy by cooking with chicken and olive oil. You can even add things like rice and pasta if they are whole grain if you really want to.

So don't give up if you feel like you need to make a quick meal each day and still want to be healthy. It is still possible to do both, but you just have to be careful about the types of recipes that you are following. You also need to try to avoid the frozen food section at stores, as they can really make eating right a hard task. Of course, at the end of the week, if you have done well, you can always reward yourself with a guilty pleasure.
