Flexibility exercises are designed to enhance the flexibility of the body. Exercises of this type are intended to loosen the motions of muscles and joints. The most common form of this exercise is stretching, which is very important to do before and after your workout to prevent muscle stiffness and joint pain. The muscles are moved from a lower to a higher level of intensity for at least 20 minutes when doing an aerobic exercise. Famous examples of aerobics are dancing, running, and swimming. Cardiovascular routines are famous for their effectiveness in terms of inducing weight loss.

Anaerobic Work out

The last type of exercises is called the anaerobic exercises, more commonly referred to as weight-lifting exercises. This type of exercise is famous among bodybuilders who want to build and increase the size of their muscles. The muscles are formed and toned through various types of training such as weight training, functional training, and sprinting. Popular forms of this type of exercise are push-ups, pull-ups, and squats.
