One half-hour TV show a night isn't enough to capture the shenanigans that occur on the set during comedienne Chelsea Handler's late-night talk show "Chelsea Lately." The hilarious TV host and her flock of say-anything personalities behind the E! late-night program are known for their behind-the-scenes antics, and soon they'll broadcast what really goes on when the cameras aren't rolling.

Handler, the late-night queen known for taking her tight-knit crew of cast members on vacations and then using embarrassing clips and photos of them as material on her talk show, will soon star in a spinoff of the popular late-night program "Chelsea Lately." The new show, which will take the name "After Lately," will be a 30-minute semi-scripted comedy program about life behind "Chelsea Lately." Handler told Us Magazine her new show is "a behind-the-scenes look at what happens at our office when the cameras are off. [It's] the perfect platform for people who have no business being on camera."

Some of the round table comedians on "Chelsea Lately" including Heather McDonald, Sarah Colonna, Chris Franjola, Brad Wollack and Guy Branum will all appear in the E! spinoff "After Lately," and production is slated to begin soon for the project.

Aside from working on a spinoff to her hit E! show "Chelsea Lately," Us Magazine also reported that Handler has signed on to make a big screen cameo in the upcoming comedy "This Means War." The film stars Reese Witherspoon and reportedly also includes Chris Pine and Tom Hardy in main roles, and Handler's inclusion in the film marks one more venture to add to her resume.

When she's not busy flaunting her assets on screen, Chelsea Handler is bringing her quick wit and sharp tongue to stages across the country on the current Chelsea Chelsea Bang Bang Tour, which is in support of her recently penned New York Times bestseller Chelsea Chelsea Bang Bang. The book is her third crack at the publishing industry in a series of tell-all books about her family, love life and extracurricular activities, and it has led to nothing but success on her current stand-up comedy tour.

As anyone with Chelsea Handler tickets to previous comedy shows already knows, the fiery comedienne leaves no subject off limits when she's delivering her hard-hitting brand of humor to audiences. While she sticks with skewering celebrities on her late-night show "Chelsea Lately," the Garden State native branches out to self-deprecating humor and other hilarious subjects while performing her live stand-up routine.

Handler has been one of the most popular female comedians in the industry ever since the mid-2000s, when the vivacious blonde starred in the Oxygen comedy series "Girls Behaving Badly." Quickly earning a reputation as a standout comic, Handler scored her own late-night TV series with the E! Network in 2007. "Chelsea Lately" was instantly a smash hit and continues to rise in ratings, making Handler the leading lady in the late-night industry dominated by male talent. The "Chelsea Lately" star recently saw a spike in viewership after her hosting gig at the 2010 MTV VMA Awards, and her new spinoff show "After Lately" and ongoing stand-up tour are sure to keep her in the spotlight for good.
