To increase your productivity simplify your life. Simplifying your life reduces your stress. Here are some ideas to simplify your life. Work smarter not harder by thinking how you can things easier. Energy is more valuable than time. The better you are able to exploit your energy allows you to accomplish more and be more creative.

There is great power in writing. Write down all your ideas and impressions. Always carry with you a little notebook. A 3 x 5 inch notebook will nicely fit in almost all normal pockets. Often inspiration and ideas come to you when you are not expecting them.

They often come during your downtime. Your subconscious is powerful; it remembers what you have committed even if you have consciously forgotten about it. This is another reason to write down all your ideas so you can consciously make plans to make it happen. Don't worry if you can't implement it immediately. Writing down your ideas clears your mind.

Unfinished jobs create stress, which is why you should have a plan to finish them. Eliminate worry as much as possible and you can do this by having a good plan. Conduct weekly planning and daily tasks or to do lists.

Stress and worry are much more manageable if you have a plan and are confident the plan will work. Because all you have to do is stick to the plan.

Be ready for the unexpected. Clutter makes it difficult for your mind to think clearly. If something is cancelled use that time to clean and tidy up your desk and office.

Don't be a perfectionist. Some things need to be done with exactness and good enough is acceptable for other tasks. It helps to know what aspects of your job must be done with exactness and what is good enough. If everything is most important then nothing is important.

Increase Your High Performance Through Increasing Your Energy Source In These 4 Areas

1. Mind
2. Body
3. Spirit
4. Emotion

Mind: Your mental functioning is developed through several factors such as physical, emotional, positive thinking and rest. Much is said about the importance of hard work. It is possible to work too much.

Body: If your body is in bad shape, it hinders all the other three areas. Breakfast is considered by most the most important meal. Breakfast charges your metabolism. Good sleep makes a world of difference. Most recommend the early to bed and early to rise schedule. Take naps, research has shown that quick power naps raise your peak performance.

Spirit: Spiritual strength gives you the power to deal with whatever comes your way.

Emotion: Positive emotions revolve around a healthy self-esteem and self-worth. Relationships are supremely important. Strong and healthy relationships do a lot for positive emotions. Some turn to the TV for help but TV to the soul is what empty calories are to the body. Your negative emotions are based on your beliefs.

If you have negative emotions or a low sense of self-worth it could be based on lies that are riveted in your soul and have become like the chains and shackles of hell that require great effort to root out. Body image is a common lie many people fall victim to. Men also have problems with this.

Researchers who study this have found that women who are considered the most beautiful with the perfect body still wish their body were different. Many have plastic surgeries for emotional reasons when there is nothing wrong with their body. God did not have a standard for our bodies when he created us.
